Change the base every next day:
The base is usually a lettuce , kale or spinach. If you are eating salad daily, then make sure you change the base everyday with something different. Try eating arugula, baby spinach, kale, iceberg, cabbage(red, green or napa) , endive, spiralized zucchini and many more things. You can also add microgreens to your salad.
Add good things in the body of the salad:
Adding more tastier things in your salad body is important, because that is that is the thing which is going to set the main taste of your salad. Adding sweet and sour things makes it more good. You can add things like avocado, pineapple, apple, coconut, berries, pomegranate and many more things as per your preference.
Make your own dressing :
Try some new dressings like pomegranate molasses, honey mustard dressing, balsamic vinaigrette, fruit juice reductions, etc. Why spending on those dressings which don't even taste good, try making your own and store it in the fridge. Make your dressings in small amount and store it in small jars.
Garnishes that enhance the taste:
Add some crunch though your garnish which will take your salad to some next level. You can add peanuts, almonds or any kind of nut. You can also add some fresh herbs to it, like cilantro or mint leaves.
