Easy Homemade Pizza Sauce
Stop using store bought pizza sauce, and make your own at with these few ingredients and it better and cheaper than the store bought pizza.

Ingredients:
Whole tomatoes: 6pc or one can
Olive oil: 3-4 tablespoon
Bay leaf: 2 leaves
Basil leaves: 5-6 pc
Garlic: 4 big cloves(chopped)
Salt: as req
Sugar: 1.5 tsp
Vinegar: 1-2 tbsp
Dry red chilies: 2-3 pc (optional)
Dry oregano: 2 tsp
Procedure:
Chop the whole tomatoes finely.
Heat a saucepan and add oil to it.
Fry the bay leaves and chilies finely.
Add the garlic and fry properly.
When the frying is done add the tomatoes and basil in the pan.
Add salt and sugar.
Add the vinegar.
Cook it for half an hour in medium low heat.
Stir oftenly to prevent it from burning.
Take it off the flame and then cool it.
After cooling, separate the bay leaves and the basil leaves(if possible)
Add the dry oregano to it.
Put the whole tomato mixture into a blender and make a fine puree out of it.
Take out the sauce and sieve it properly.
And there you have it. An easy homemade recipe you can make any time and store it in your fridge for 2 weeks and make fresh pizza any day.
